# 1 Where to stay in Valencia if I am a student?
We offer a variety of student housing options to choose. We offer host families, shared apartments and residences.
# 2 What is the difference between our variety of student accommodation in Spain?
Our student housing in Valencia are designed to meet the different needs of our students.
If you choose a host family, you will live with them, and it will be much easier for you to immerse yourself in the Spanish way of life and culture.
We carefully select our host families in order to make you feel at home.
If you choose one of our shared apartments, you will have the possibility to cook and live with other students from the school.
The apartments are fully equipped, but not very sophisticated.
The student residences are also a very good option. The Resiolé residences are located close to our school (6 to 13 minutes walking distance).
They are for the exclusive use of Españolé students, and they have from 12 to 27 rooms, singles and doubles, with private or shared bathroom.
We also have other residences available located in different parts of the city.
# 3 How many students share an apartment?
Our apartments are prepared for groups of 2 to 8 students.
# 4 Would I be able to share a room?
Yes, all of our student accommodations give you the option of choosing a single or double room.
If you choose a double room, you will share with another student of a different nationality, same gender and similar age as you.
# 5 What do I need to bring to a student accommodation in Valencia?
Bed linen is included in all Españolé accommodations in Valencia.
You will only need to bring your own towels if you choose a shared apartment.
However, we recommend that you bring your own beach towel and bath towel, regardless of the type of accommodation you choose during your stay with us.
# 6 Will there be laundry facilities?
Yes, both in the residences and in the shared apartments, you will have washing machines available , so you can do your laundry whenever you want.
If you decide to stay with one of our host families, laundry is included in the price of your stay (once a week).
# 7 What is the minimum stay for the Españolé's student housing in Valencia?
The minimum stay in all our accommodations in Valencia is one week.
Usually, you check in on Sundays and check out on Saturdays.
# 8 What other housing options do I have in Valencia?
Although our accommodations are adapted to the needs of all students, Españolé offers you other accommodation options in Valencia, such as individual studios, hotels, etc.
