Shared apartments and Central shared apartments:
Each apartment has between two and five bedrooms and one or two bathrooms to share. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen, living room with television, washing machine and iron. We provide the sheets and take care of the maintenance.
The shared apartments are located about 25 minutes from the school by public transport and the Central shared apartments are located about 15 minutes walking from the school. They have modern equipment so that you do not miss anything during your stay.
San Dionisio apartments:
The apartments are located in the San Dionisio building, a recently renovated building with six student apartments. Each apartment has four or five bedrooms, all with private bathroom and fridge. We provide sheets and towels. We take care of the maintenance.
They are in the neighborhood “El Carmen” just 3 minutes walking from the school. The perfect option if you want a high level accommodation.
Resiolé Marqués apartments:
The Resiolé Marqués apartments are located in a building with five apartments where only the students of the school live. They have two, four or five rooms, most of them have a shared bathroom (one or two per apartment), there are also some with private bathroom. We provide sheets and towels. We take care of the maintenance.
It is the best option if you want to live in the old town just 5 minutes walking from the school.

Frequent questions
# 1 What is the difference between the different types of accommodation?
You have different options; In the host family you become familiar with the Spanish way of life. If you choose a shared apartment, you will have the possibility of cooking and you will live with other students from the school. The apartments are well equipped but not very luxurious. The student residence is also a good option.
# 2 How many students share an apartment?
Between 2 and 6.
# 3 How many students can be in a host family?
A maximum of 4 and of different nationalities.
# 4 Do I have to bring towels or bedding?
Bed linen is included, you will have to bring your towels if you choose accommodation in a shared apartment. In host family they’ll be washed once a week. In any case, we suggest that you bring your own beach and bath towel whatever the type of accommodation you choose.
# 5 Will I have laundry?
Yes, both in the residence and in the apartments, you will have washing machines at your disposal. In host family you have laundry included once a week.
# 6 Are there other accommodation possibilities?
Yes, if you prefer, we can organize other options, such as individual studios, hotels, etc … Please contact us and we will inform you.
# 7 Can I use the family kitchen?
Not normally, but there can always be exceptions. It would be necessary to check with the family.
# 8 Are there double rooms?
Yes, in all types of accommodation. You would share a room with another student of a different nationality, same sex and similar age.
# 9 What is the minimum stay?
Una semana. Normally entry is on Sundays and departure on Saturdays.
# 10 What other services are offered?
24-hour emergencies: In the event of an emergency, students have a 24-hour emergency phone number that they can call for help.
Medical insurance: Medical insurance also includes emergency and repatriation services; the insurance certificate meets the requirements of the student or tourist visa in Spain.
Transfers: We organize transfers to and from the accommodation upon arrival and departure.
