It is important to us that you enjoy your Españolé experience to the fullest, so we take special care to ensure you receive accommodation with good quality.

Españolé residences in Valencia city
Resiolé are boutique residences located between 6 and 12 minutes walking from the school. They are for the exclusive use of Españolé students. They have between 12 and 27 rooms, single and double, with private or shared bathroom.
The rooms in our Valencia student residences:
All rooms have a bed and night table, desk and wardrobe, heating (some residences also have air conditioning in the room).
We provide you with the sheets and towels and we take care of the maintenance. We include weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels.
The facilities of our student residences in Valencia:
They have a fully equipped kitchen for students to prepare their own meals, laundry, iron, dining room and common area with television. They have air conditioning in common areas and heating in all rooms.
In our residences there are resident Españolé staff who will help you with everything you need.
Resiolé La Nave
It is located on a quiet pedestrian street in the best area of the city, right in the centre, between the old town and the commercial area, just 12-minute walk to the school. It has 12 single or double rooms with private or shared bathroom. It has a common kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities, terrace. WIFI throughout the building.

Resiolé Mercado "Student House"
It is located in the “El Carmen” area in a small square very close to the famous Central market of Valencia and only 6 minutes walking from the school. It has 16 rooms. You can choose between single, double, or triple rooms with shared bathrooms.
This school residence in Valencia city features a common kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry facilities. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Resiolé Boutique residence is the newest accommodation option of Españolé.
It is a newly constructed school residence located just 9 minutes walking from the school, in the city centre. It has 27 rooms, with single and twin options, all with private bathrooms.
The rooms and common areas are furnished to offer the highest comfort. The residence has a common kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace and laundry facilities. WIFI is available throughout the building.

My first trip to Spain was with International House Valencia in January 2020. I am very happy I chose it. The school is located in the city centre. I stayed at the school's Resiole La Nave residence. Clean, bright and comfortable! Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, terrace... they have everything you need. Only 15 minutes walk from the school. Well-equipped kitchen. There are many cheap cafes and supermarkets around. It was very comfortable and pleasant. Valencia is a very versatile and youthful city with its own culture and rhythm. Attractions, sea, history and culture coexist here. I would advise anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the Spanish flavour to come here. I will definitely come again!
