It is important to us that you enjoy your Españolé experience to the fullest, so we take special care to ensure you receive accommodation with good quality.

Resiolé are boutique residences located between 6 and 12 minutes walking from the school. They are for the exclusive use of Españolé students. They have between 12 and 27 rooms, single and double, with private or shared bathroom.
The rooms:
All rooms have a bed and night table, desk and wardrobe, heating (some residences also have air conditioning in the room).
We provide you with the sheets and towels and we take care of the maintenance. We include weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels.
The facilities
They have a fully equipped kitchen for students to prepare their own meals, laundry, iron, dining room and common area with television. They have air conditioning in common areas and heating in all rooms.
In our residences there are resident Españolé staff who will help you with everything you need.
Resiolé La Nave
It is located on a quiet pedestrian street in the best area of the city, right in the centre, between the old town and the commercial area, just 12 minutes walking to the school. It has 12 single or double rooms with private or shared bathroom. It has a common kitchen, dining room, laundry room, terrace. WIFI throughout the building.

Resiolé Mercado "Student House"
It is located in the “El Carmen” area in a small square very close to the famous Central market of Valencia and only 6 minutes walking from the school. It has 16 rooms. You can choose between a single room, a double or a triple room with a shared bathroom. The residence has a common kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. WIFI throughout the building.

Resiolé Boutique
Resiolé Boutique residence is the newest accommodation option of Españolé.
It is a newly constructed school residence located just 9 minutes walking from the school, in the city centre. It has 27 rooms all with private bathroom, the rooms and common areas are furnished to offer the highest comfort. The residence has a common kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace and laundry room. WIFI throughout the building.

Clean, bright and comfortable! Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, terrace... they have everything you need. Only 15 minutes walk from the school. Well-equipped kitchen. There are many cheap cafes and supermarkets around. It was very comfortable and pleasant. Valencia is a very versatile and youthful city with its own culture and rhythm. Attractions, sea, history and culture coexist here. I would advise anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the Spanish flavour to come here. I will definitely come again! # 1 What is the difference between the different types of accommodation?
You have different options; In the host family you become familiar with the Spanish way of life. If you choose a shared apartment, you will have the possibility of cooking and you will live with other students from the school. The apartments are well equipped but not very luxurious. The student residence is also a good option.
# 2 How many students share an apartment?
Between 2 and 6.
# 3 How many students can be in a host family?
A maximum of 4 and of different nationalities.
# 4 Do I have to bring towels or bedding?
Bed linen is included, you will have to bring your towels if you choose accommodation in a shared apartment. In host family they’ll be washed once a week. In any case, we suggest that you bring your own beach and bath towel whatever the type of accommodation you choose.
# 5 Will I have laundry?
Yes, both in the residence and in the apartments, you will have washing machines at your disposal. In host family you have laundry included once a week.
# 6 Are there other accommodation possibilities?
Yes, if you prefer, we can organize other options, such as individual studios, hotels, etc … Please contact us and we will inform you.
# 7 Can I use the family kitchen?
Not normally, but there can always be exceptions. It would be necessary to check with the family.
# 8 Are there double rooms?
Yes, in all types of accommodation. You would share a room with another student of a different nationality, same sex and similar age.
# 9 What is the minimum stay?
Una semana. Normally entry is on Sundays and departure on Saturdays.
# 10 What other services are offered?
24-hour emergencies: In the event of an emergency, students have a 24-hour emergency phone number that they can call for help.
Medical insurance: Medical insurance also includes emergency and repatriation services; the insurance certificate meets the requirements of the student or tourist visa in Spain.
Transfers: We organize transfers to and from the accommodation upon arrival and departure.
