Student apartments in Valencia
Shared apartments:
Each apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms to share. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen, living room with television, washing machine and iron. We provide the sheets and take care of the maintenance.

Central shared apartments:
The Central shared apartments are located in the city centre about 15 minutes walking from the school. Each apartment has between three to seven rooms. They have modern equipment so that you do not miss anything during your stay.

San Dionisio apartments:
The apartments are located in the San Dionisio building, a recently renovated building. They are in the neighborhood “El Carmen” just 3 minutes walking from the school and we take care of the maintenance. The perfect option if you want a high level accommodation.

- 4 or 5 rooms per apartment. Single and double rooms with private bathroom and fridge

- Cleaning of common areas and rooms every week
- The school provides sheets, blankets and towels. The bed linen and the towels are changed weekly.

The cleaners perfectly clean the apartment every two weeks. The school apartments are quite large and allow to live comfortably.
