Your wellbeing and safety

Fire prevention and safety of the premises
The safety and security of the building is important. We ensure that we have the right safety equipment, and emergency evacuation and first aid procedures.
Protection of young and vulnerable students
When we recruit new members of staff, we are careful that they have no prior history that would make them unsuitable to work with young people under the age of 18.
It is totally unacceptable for any member of staff at Españolé Ih Valencia to have any inappropriate relationships with any clients, particularly under the age of 18. This would result in termination of their contract.
Fluent communication
The managers of Españolé Ih Valencia are available to speak to students and parents regarding any matters concerning themselves or their children. Contact the administration team at any time to arrange a meeting. There is one nominated manager who has specific responsibility for wellbeing.
We protect our students
If anybody at Españolé Ih Valencia thinks that any person is being hurt (by anybody inside or outside the school) we will act upon this information and follow the correct legal procedure. We will not ignore it.
